The hotel is located in the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, which is perfect if you prefer a quieter and more residential area. It's about a ten minute drive from the heart of downtown, giving you a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel's setting in a residential area means that there are no services within walking distance, but if you have a car, this shouldn't be an issue.

When you add the charges from breakfast, parking and room, the hotel costs seem a bit high.

The staffs are friendly and the restaurant breakfast and dinner menu are great. I liked the quiet location as well.

Room was clean and had a good shower, plus several TV channels to choose from. We were also able to easily park our car nearby.

Location was difficult to find, and quite far from any amenities. Even worse, the room was very cold and the heating didn't work properly. We spent our New Year's Eve shivering in our jackets.

The hotel is located in a leafy suburb near a major autoroute, making it easily accessible for those passing through. Situated in an expensive area of France, it offers affordable accommodation without compromising on cleanliness. the rooms are minimalistic, but comfortable, with daily cleaning and some rooms equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. the breakfast buffet includes fresh baguettes, croissants and pastries, and staff are helpful.

Thin walls result in potential noise disturbance from neighbouring rooms.

Convenient location near main transportation, with easy access to the city centre by bus. Well-maintained and clean room, with good amenities such as free Wi-Fi and complimentary tea and coffee every day. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations.

Limited dining options available in the immediate vicinity, which made it difficult to find food late at night. The room was small and cramped, with little space to move around.

The staff were very friendly. It is a little bit out of the town centre but very good bus service right infront of the hotel for only 1 Euro. Parking good and under surveillance.Easy bus also into Marseille. Wonderful garden for eating out and hotel is nice and quiet. Rooms were small but adequate. Excellent value for money and good for a stopover when travelling.

This hotel is conveniently situated near a major highway and is easy to find. I especially loved the lovely gardens, and found the tea and coffee-making facilities in my room to be a welcome convenience. Though small, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff provided precise directions upon request and was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

the attempt to make the setting garden-like (which would be much more than an attempt it the litter all around the property were picked up--cigarette butts everywhere, especially).

the only way to get 2 lits simples was to book a 3-bed room, where the third bed was barely a loft with a rickety ladder--fun for kids, maybe, but completely unworkable, so we had to share a double bed, which we dislike. As in nearly all French hotels, there is no room in the room--sitting in a chair to use the desk means no one else can get from one side of the desk to the other, etc. The bathroom is of a suicidal design, with a tub that requires a short person to be extremely agile to climb into it, and with no anti-slip measures in the bottom or handholds for the elderly or infirm. The lights are the usual French puzzle, and a nonworking light was, apparently, not fixable since no spare bulbs are kept on the property.
